Be it poolside or out with friends cocktails are built for sipping. Generally speaking, cocktails are prepared with care; they are meant to be savoured. There are many different cocktails built many different ways but a cocktail is meant to be a pleasurable and relaxing experience. Now venturing into cocktail creation, we gave some serious thinking, and drinking, into this magical mixture meant for spring and summer. Be it midday or late evening this specialty is spirit forward and pleasantly sweet.

2 oz london dry gin

¼ oz. creme de violette

2 dashes of angostura bitters
