A hot chocolate early for a winter warning kind of day

Hot chocolate is a children’s classic for a cold winter day. A great number of us were cheated while growing up, and today we will be taking a step to correct this issue. To most people reading this hot chocolate comes in some form of powdered form, either in an individual packet or a bulk container of powder. Simple, yet somewhat time consuming in relation to our powdery counterpart the variations available to a true hot chocolate is nearly endless, ever think of what hot chocolate would taste like with coconut, lime, chilli or alllspice? All of those options and more are available to try when you start from scratch. Not to mention the fact that the intensity and sweetness of chocolate is another variable within your control, although it will almost always be a richer, creamier end product.

So above there are some pretty out there spices to try, but as to not scare you off with the possibilities, here is a basic version, lightly spiced.
